You may not exploit, abuse, or misuse the system, including but not limited to attempting to gain credits, exploit speed, or take advantage of bugs outside the normal purchasing process.
Cancellations and refunds are not applicable for any ongoing or completed orders, in accordance with the service descriptions.
Users are advised to keep purchases reasonable and aligned with their organic engagement levels to maintain account security. If purchases for a specific link, artist, account, or song exceed 100,000 streams or plays, Daily Influencing bears no responsibility for any resulting issues.
Daily Influencing is not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by social media platforms for any reason.
The platform is designed to simplify processes through automation. Spam, abuse, and violations of the law are strictly discouraged.
You are solely responsible for complying with the rules, policies, and terms of any social media platform you use. All services are used at your own risk.
While Daily Influencing provides resources, guidance, and 24/7 support, misuse of services is the sole responsibility of the user. Daily Influencing is not liable for damages resulting from improper use.

Privacy

All transaction records of Daily Influencing users are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Order details may be shared with third-party service providers solely for service fulfillment purposes.
If requested by official government authorities, records may be disclosed in compliance with legal obligations.
Credit card and payment details are never stored on Daily Influencing servers. Payments are processed securely between the user, payment processors, and financial institutions.
Only the user can access and modify their personal account information.
By placing an order on Daily Influencing, you consent to receive service-related announcements via email or SMS.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued outside the system if there is no fault on the part of Daily Influencing. Remaining balances must be used on the platform.
Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook) may update their systems at any time. Drops or decreases are not refundable unless compensated by the service provider.
Daily Influencing reserves the right to revoke services or confiscate balances in cases of abuse, fraud, insults, or threats toward administrators.
Accounts involved in fraudulent payments, stolen credit cards, or unauthorized payment methods will be terminated immediately without exception.
Refund or cancellation requests will not be accepted once an order has entered processing.
If an order is partially completed or fails, the system will automatically refund the unfulfilled portion.

Usage Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions:

Profiles must be public before placing an order.
Social media platforms are constantly evolving. Accounts may be suspended or restricted due to follower or engagement activity. Daily Influencing accepts no responsibility for such outcomes.
Do not place duplicate orders for the same link before an existing order is completed.
Daily Influencing does not guarantee the permanence of followers, likes, views, or engagement.
The platform guarantees delivery of the purchased quantity only. Any missing portion will be automatically refunded.
Users are solely responsible for their orders and usage decisions.
For Twitter/X foreign bot services, wait at least 6 hours after completion before placing a new order.
Bot-based services are not guaranteed and may experience drops at any time.
Orders may take up to 72 hours to begin.
Always read service descriptions and pricing details before ordering.
No refunds are issued for completed orders on private accounts.
Adult, betting, gambling, or illegal content accounts are strictly prohibited.
Order start times may vary due to system load or technical delays.
Balances loaded into the system are non-refundable, except where a service is removed due to issues.
Do not modify usernames, links, or IDs while an order is active.
Failure to comply with these rules voids any claims or complaints.
Daily Influencing reserves the right to update these terms without notice.

General Use Agreement

By accepting these terms, you agree to indemnify DailyBoost against damages arising from violations of this agreement.

Continuity of Service

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
The agreement becomes effective upon registration or service usage and terminates automatically upon account closure or violation.
